T-Kalýp has obtained its certificate of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in the year of 2004 and our quality management system has been established and documented in accordance with the conditions as set forth in the said standard. Our quality control department performs requisite tests and measurements at the stages of input, processing, and output and assures proper tracing and measurement of al our products. For such operations as forging, casting, heat treatment, coating, and painting that are outsourced to jobbers, the requisite tests and measurements, where stipulated in customer specs, are performed preferably at the jobber’s premises or, if this is not possible, then at an independent laboratory, obtaining relevant certificates thereof. The basic documentation in test and measurements are the job order, the customer specifications, and the drawings in attachment to it, in accordance with the quality control plan. Any product of ours is shipped and delivered to our customer along with the reports and certificates as mentioned here. In our quality control department; our experienced and well-trained personnel use the latest technology coordinate measurement machine (CMM), hardness tester, surface roughness tester, coating thickness measurement device along with a very wide range of other measurement equipment. Where required, some of the non-destructive testing processes are also performed in-house at our company. Calibration of all our measuring equipment is performed in accordance with our calibration plans.
