T-KALIP has assembled its cadre of production personnel from among people who are specialists in their chosen fields and have committed themselves to making high quality products. Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software is used in various stages of production. While our large volume production is realized at three and four axis CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) processing and milling centers, the jigs and fixtures and dies that are needed for the mass production process are manufactured by using manual lathe and milling machines. Press forming and welding operations, along with chip removal processes, are carried out in-house at our company.

In order to maintain our capability for sensitive parts manufacturing at our company, we replace machinery once they are older than five years and we use part and cutting tool probing systems in our CNC machines. We have digital scales installed in manual machine tools in order to minimize operator error. All jigs and fixtures, dies, models, and CNC programs of all products that have been manufactured at our plant are kept with due care for use in subsequent orders. This state of affairs contributes to our consistency in maintaining a high level of product quality.
