While T-Kalýp has the capability to manufacture many NATO Stock Number (NSN) parts thanks to its library of TDPs (Technical Documentation Package); our company, relying on its strong team of engineering, is also able to manufacture other products that are not listed in the said library. In our design department, intensive use is made of 2-D drafting software, 3-D Computer Aided Design software, as well as Computer Aided Manufacturing software.

As regards those products for which technical documentation (TDP) cannot be obtained; it is, as matter of fact, one of the specialties of T-Kalýp to obtain appropriate products through use of reverse engineering. In its reverse engineering work, our company takes into account location and conditions of product use and performs dimensional, physical, and chemical analyses in-house, or outsource those analyses to approved service providers/suppliers, in order to arrive at products that are compliant with international standards.
